Steak "Rice & Gravy"

Ingredients

  • 3 Round Steaks
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Garlic
  • 2 Pkg Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 2 Pkg Pork Gravy Mix
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 Cups Prepared Black Coffee
  • 2 Cups Prepared Rice

Cooking Instructions

Cut Steak into desired portions usually about quartered. Salt & pepper each portion then place in large pot in a little cooking oil and Brown then add about a gallon of water and the rest of the ingredients except for gravy mix and bring to a boil. Cook for several hours until meat if tender then add the gravy mix and continue cooking until desired consistancy. Adding more water if needed.

Serve over Rice.
