Boil onions, potatoes, GARLIC. lots of red pepper, salt, and crab boil. Don't be shy. Add a stick or two of butter. Will add in pealing. Cook till fork tender. Put live crawfish into boiling SEASONED water. Bring back to a boil and turn the flame off. Leave covered for 7 minutes. Remove Crawfish from pot and put into an ice chest. Sprinkle LOTS of crab boil on top of crawfish. Shake the ice chest. Leave closed for 7 minutes. Enjoy.
