Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 tbsp fresh,chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup lite sour cream
  • 1/4 cup "I can't believe it's not butter sticks" melted

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 450. Spray cooking sheets w/ butter-flavored cooking spray. In bowl,combine 1st 3 ingredients. Add 1 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp black pepper. Stir in sour cream and butter until soft dough just forms. On floured surface,knead dough 2-3 times or until smooth. Roll out to 1/2" thickness. Using a round biscuit cutter,cut out biscuits. Place biscuits on pan. Coat biscuits w/ butter-flavored cooking spray,top each w/ parsley. Bake 20 min.

These are great served w/ just about any BBQ dish.
