Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Seasoned Beef Broth with Onion
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 4 cups broccoli flowerets
  • 3 stalks celery , sliced
  • 2 medium carrots , sliced

Cooking Instructions

MIX cornstarch, broth, soy, garlic and sugar in cup.

SPRAY skillet with cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add broccoli, celery and carrots. Cook until tender-crisp, stirring often.

ADD cornstarch mixture. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring.
