Ingredients

  • small Angel food cake
  • can Eagle Brand Milk
  • /4 Cup lemon juice
  • lb. pkg. frozen strawberries (thawed)
  • small container Cool Whip
  • /2 Cup nuts
  • Coconut

Cooking Instructions

Cut cake into small squares. Combine Eagle Brand Milk, lemon juice, strawberries (leave a few for the top), Cool Whip, and nuts. Place cake in a 9x 3” glass dish and pour mixture over cake and lightly stir making sure the cake squares are coated. Top with coconut, strawberries, and nuts.
