DISOLVE JELLO IN 1 CUP BOILING WATER. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT SOUR CREAM. POUR 1/2 MIXTURE INTO 9X13 DISH.CHILL UNTILL SET.TOP WITH SOUR CREAM & ADD REMAINING JELLO MIXTURE.CHILL UNTILL SET.
