stuffed mushrooms

  • 24 mushrooms ritz crackers, hot sauce , butter , mushrooms

Cooking Instructions

cut stems off mushrooms. chop stems. 3 sleeves ritz crackers finely ground in bleader or chopper. melt 2 sticks of butter in sauce pan, add chopped mushroom pieces. simmer 5 minutes on low. mix with ritz crackers if not moist enough add more butter or hot sauce to taste. put mushroom caps on cookie sheet. fill with mixture. bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Has wonderful nutty flavor.

Recipe Notes

mixture can also be used for seafood, such as shrimp. very good will go fast.
