Ingredients

  • 1 Salmon
  • med -lg onion,sliced
  • 2-3 potatoes med/lge,sliced,1/4 inch
  • Tabsp.Parsley
  • 1-2 cloves garlic,optional,to taste
  • black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Clean salmon,make sure you have a cavity to place sliced veggies and layered,sprinkle with spices,fold closed,place on a tin foil pan,big enough to lay out the salmon.Cover with another piece of foil,to saal,Place in 300-325 deg.Bake for up to 45-50 mins,

Can also be made into a pouch for the grill
