  • 2 PACKAGES CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
  • 2 CUPS MAYONNAISE
  • /4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED ONION
  • 4 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
  • 7 OZ. OIL-PACKED SUN-DRIED TOMATOES, DRAINED AND CHOPPED
  • 2/3 CUP CHOPPED ROASTED SWEET RED PEPPERS
  • 2 CUPS SHREDDED PART-SKIM MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  • 2 CUPS SHREDDED ITALIAN CHEESE BLEND
  • CUP SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE, DIVIDED
  • ASSORTED CRACKERS

Cooking Instructions

IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, COMBINE CREAM CHEESE, MAYONNAISE, ONION AND GARLIC UNTIL BLENDED. STIR IN TOMATOES AND RED PEPPERS. STIR IN MOZZARELLA, ITALIAN CHEESE BLEND AND 3/4 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE. TRANSFER TO A GREASED 3 X 9 IN. BAKING DISH. SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING PARMESAN CHEESE. BAKE, UNCOVERED, AT 350 FOR 8-22 MINS. OR UNTIL EDGES ARE BUBBLY AND LIGHTLY BROWNED. SERVE WITH CRACKERS.

MAGNIFICENT!

Guests cannot believe how good it is. I have not found anyone I served it to to not say "this is the best thing I have ever tasted". It is yummy and a crowd pleaser.
