Place wings in plastic resealable bag with salad dressing. Marinate overnight (or at least 12 hours). Mix together salt lemon-pepper and cayenne. Drain wings and place on non-stick baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until crispy and cooked thru. Remove from pan and drain excess oil. Place wings in paper bag and add lemon pepper mixture. Shake to coat. Place on serving dish and serve with ranch dressing. NOTE: as always adjust seasonings to taste!
I love lemon pepper on just about anything! Some time ago I stopped by a restaurant that specialized in wings and a customer said that the "lemon-pepper wings" were the best. Decided to try making them at home and have been enjoying them ever
