SUPER EASY, DELICIOUS, Keylime Cheesec..

Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Cream Cheese
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 Tbls. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Nilla cookie pie crust (The kind that's ready and needs no cooking)
  • 1 Can of sweetened condensed milk..preferably "la lechera" brand
  • 4 Small Keylimes..if you only find limes 1 and 1/2

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Put the package of cream cheese, the can of sweetened condensed milk, the keylimes, the tbls. of vanilla, and the egg in a blender.

Blend the ingredients together until the mixture is clump free. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and place in the oven. Remember to remove the plastic top that comes with the crust, and DO NOT cover the pie before putting it in the oven.

Cook for about 25 Min. Check the pie at the 20 min. mark with a toothpick, if it comes out clean everytime the pie is ready. Let the pie cool...you might want to refrigirate it before surving. ENJOY!
