Pour broth and potatoes in stock pot; heat. Once broth is hot, mix in both packets of white gravy mix. Heat to boil and simmer 20-25 minutes. Add cheese, salt and pepper to your liking. I also sometimes will add cubed smoked sausage or bacon bits to the soup prior to simmering.
