Cooking Instructions

Saute sausage with onion until cooked thru. Drain. Add remaining ingrediants and bring to a boil. Reduce heat cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Season to taste with more salt and pepper. Serve over your favorite pasta and parmesan.

Recipe Notes

This is a versatile recipe that is easy to make, tastes wonderful, and works well with homemade meatballs. I it as a base sauce for ziti, lasagne, and most pasta dishes requiring a red sauce.

Yummy!

This is a fabulous and easy sauce to make. It tastes delicious and you can add shredded veges to increase the overall nutritional value without compromising the rich flavor. This is better on the second day, as usual. Bon Appetit!

Here's an easy, reliable way to ensure a moist and flavorful turkey...simply baste the turkey with chicken stock during roasting. When the turkey is done, use a bit more stock to make a quick and tasty gravy.
