Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14 oz. each ) Swanson® Chicken Broth
  • 3 cups Campbell's® Tomato Juice Tomato Juice Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves or 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 1 can about (15 oz.) kidney beans or 1 can white kidney beans (cannellini)

Cooking Instructions

MIX chicken broth, tomato juice, garlic, oregano, pepper and vegetables. Heat to a boil.

COVER and cook over low heat 10 min. or until vegetables are tender. Add beans and heat through.
