Place Bread Dough in a lightly greased large bowl; let rise until doubled in size.
Roll out dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Spread with butter; sprinkle with apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
Roll up like a jelly roll; place seam side down in a large (10-inch) tube pan. Wet the two ends of the roll with water and pinch together to seal.
Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
For Glaze: Blend powdered sugar, milk, lemon juice, and cinnamon together until smooth. Remove bread from pan and spread with glaze. Sprinkle with nuts.
