Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients with a hand or stand mixer.
Pour mixture into a square baking pan, sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 45 minutes, covered with foil.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until top is crisped.
