Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. margarine, 3 cups grated raw sweet potatoes, 4 eggs, 2. c. milk, 1-1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. nutmeg

Cooking Instructions

Melt butter in baking dish, beat eggs lightly, add sugar, stir in potatoes and seasonings. Add milk and melted buter. Bake in greased baking dish in 350 degree oven for 4-45 minutes. To test for dunness insert a case knife in center if it comes out clean it is done this can be done with any custard pie.
