Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup barley malt syrup
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup apple juice

Cooking Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan, and stir until well coated. Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are very soft and the mixture becomes bubbly. Serve hot.
