Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with butter flavored spray and arrange chicken pieces in a single layer.
Mix together the onion flakes, French dressing, spreadable fruit, and parsley flakes in a mixing bowl and spoon mixture over the chicken.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake for another 20 minutes.
