Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium can black beans
  • 1 medium can beef broth
  • 1 medium can ro-tel tomatoes
  • 1 medium can stewed mexican tomatoes
  • 1 pkg dry taco mix
  • 1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 1 bag frozen sho-peg corn
  • 2 bags corn chips

Cooking Instructions

In a medium frying pan cook ground beef and onion together till browned,drain off excess grease.

In a 4 quart pot mix all remaining ingredients (except for corn chips) bring to a boil then simmer for 30 minutes.
