Brown Hamburger meat and onion. Drain the excess liquid. In a large Soup Pot, add all the ingredients listed. DO NOT DRAIN THE VEGETABLES, add juice and all. Let simmer for approx 20 minutes. Serve with cornbread or crackers. Enjoy!

This is Really Good!I used stewed tomatoes with jalepenos for a little extra kick. We added cheese and crunched up tortilla chips. My husband loved it. And it was quick & easy to make. |

BIG HITI MADE THIS FOR MY FAMILY LAST NIGHT & BROUGHT THE LEFT OVERS FOR MY COWOORKERS TODAY. EVERYBODY LOVED IT! WE LIKED IT BETTER WITH CORN CHIPS & TOPPED WITH CHEESE. |

Great Meal!I'm trying to lose weight but my husband has no need to but this recipe is both heathy and filling! It's also good with Hanovers Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips (8 chips for only 1 Weight Watcher point) crushed on top. |
