Lasts for a while

This meal lasted the family for days...such a great leftover. Later for lunch we crushed tortilla chips in and it was delicious!

We all loved it!

Fixed this and had Bolillos, a medium sized mexican roll, for dipping. Excellent!

This is Really Good!

I used stewed tomatoes with jalepenos for a little extra kick. We added cheese and crunched up tortilla chips. My husband loved it. And it was quick & easy to make.

BIG HIT

I MADE THIS FOR MY FAMILY LAST NIGHT & BROUGHT THE LEFT OVERS FOR MY COWOORKERS TODAY. EVERYBODY LOVED IT! WE LIKED IT BETTER WITH CORN CHIPS & TOPPED WITH CHEESE.
