Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pkg dry taco seasoning
  • 28 oz can tomatoes
  • can red kidney beans
  • can corn
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce

Cooking Instructions

Brown ground beef and onions in a big pot. Drain excess fat. Add water and taco mix. Stir over medium heat while adding all other ingredients. Let simmer for 20 minutes.

*Serve with garnishes if desired.
