COOK beef, chili powder and cumin in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD broth, picante sauce and tomatoes. Heat to a boil. Stir in pasta. Cook over medium heat 15 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Garnish with sour cream.
