  • 1/4 cup low-fat or nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped capers
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove minced garlic

Cooking Instructions

Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in capers, relish, lemon zest, mustard and garlic.
