Ingredients

  • 1 12LB TURKEY
  • 1 STICK BUTTER
  • 1/2 CAN CHICKEN BROTH
  • 1 CUP APPLE JUICE
  • 1/2 cup water

Cooking Instructions

Prepare turkey as desired add water. butter, chicken broth & apple juice to bottom of pan. cook & add apple juice as needed BASTE TURKEY

GRAVY: Put on stove top. add flour & (apple juice as needed)

stir on low flame till thicken to desired texture

Recipe Notes

using apple juice instead of chicken broth will give a tang also 1/2 broth & 1/2apple juice in stuffing mixture can also with Chicken
