Tennessee Chess Pie "just pie"

Ingredients

  • 3 tbs cocoa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 stick melted butter/margerine
  • 1 small can Pet - evaporated Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees Pour ingredients into un-baked pie crust Bake @ 325 for 45 - 55 minutes Serve Warm as is, or with Ice Cream - yummy!

Recipe Notes

This has been in our family for as long as I can remember. It’s so easy to make and I serve it with everything. Guest just cannot believe I made something this yummy so fast.
