Pull tails off of shrimp and let soak in tequila and fresh squeezed lime while preparing other ingredience
Cut onions and bell peppers into thin strips
Grate the cheese...Duh!
Cook bell peps and onion in hot skillet with the butter till onion is transtlucent and peppers are tender...remove from skillet
Saving the tequila, place shrimp in skillet. Cook fully get some char on em...
Pour Half the tequila in the skillet with the shrimp and let reduce to a nice glaze
Return bell peps and onion back to skillet, get it all mixed and warmed pack up...
Slap some in a tortilla, cover with cheese. serve with rice,beans, chips and salsa...blah blah. It's good...go make some.
