1. Peel Potatoes and start them Boiling
Cut up the onion finely cop
Add the taco mix to the hamburge and than add the onion and the garlic power or a small clove of garlic also and than fry the hamburge up.. Than drain Hamburge and place in a square pan or cooking dish 8x10 or bigger if you need it.
Open both types of Corn and mix together in a bowl and than pour over the Hamburge
Than add mashed Potatoes on top of the corn Sprinkle with Paprika powder
Bake on 450 about 45 mins. or until the top is golden brown and than remove and let stand for 5 or 10 minutes
This is a good Dish to have with a group of people or just for dinner anytime. The cooler weather is the best time for this dish.
