Thai Peanut Burger

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
  • 4 hamburger buns

Cooking Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together, add ground beef and form into patties. Grill, broil or pan fry until done. Serve with sweet and spicy thai sauce and your choice of condiments.
