Thanksgiving Leftover Stuffing into St..

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. fresh button mushrooms
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup leftover stuffing
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Cooking Instructions

Pull stems aways from mushrooms and reserve caps. Mince mushroom stems.

Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Combine minced mushrooms with leftover stuffing and cheese and mix well.

Pack mushroom mixture into reserved caps.

Lightly oil a baking sheet with to coat and arrange mushrooms on sheet. Bake until the mushrooms are tender and filling is heated through about 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
