Ingredients

  • 2 slices potato bread
  • 5 or 6 slices roast beef
  • 1 bottle thousand island dressing
  • 1 pkg swiss cheese
  • 1 jar sauerkraut

Cooking Instructions

1st, you take the 2 bread slices and you put them in a toaster until brown. 2nd once bread is browned you add 2 slices of cheese per side, then add the meat, sauerkraut , and top off with dressing. If you make these in a oven you just broil the bread with the cheese and meet on top until bread is brown and cheese is melted. The you add the sauerkraut and dressing. You add as much dressing and sauerkraut as you want but suggestion is you add 1 or 2 handfulls of sauerkraut and 3 or 4 shakes of dressing.

This is the recipe that me and my mom make as much as we can. And to top this sandwich off I like to add slices of kosher pickels
