Preheat oven to 350 and line the bottom with foil. Slice the bread fairly thinly not going all the way through the bottom (the bottom needs to stay intact for baking). In a food processor or blender chop the garlic with a few short pulses. Leave the motor running and drizzle in the olive oil until it becomes a thin paste (judge the olive oil at this point add more or less to achieve the thin paste). a spatula to coat each bread slice with the garlic mixture. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until top is crispy and brown. While the bread is cooking heat the cream in a saucepan (don't boil) over medium low/low. Stir in the cheese slowly until mix is smooth. Add the butter cayenne pepper and keep over very low heat stirring frequently. Take the bread out and slice all the way through. Transfer bread to a serving dish and cover with sauce. Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
This is so good, it's insane. Feel free to mix it up, add some chopped tomato and basil to the top, try half with a different cheese like romano or provalone. Just make the garlic bread, it's great on its own.
