
HEAT oven to 400°F. Bake and cool pastry shells according to package directions.
BEAT cream and sugar in bowl with an electric mixer at high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold in toffee.
WARM chocolate bar in your hand to warm chocolate slightly. Using vegetable peeler, shave bar in lengthwise strips to form curls.
DIVIDE toffee mixture among pastry shells. Top with chocolate. Serve immediately.
