1. Cut the tofu into pieces that will fit on a steamer rack, and steam over boiling water for 4 minutes.
2. Wrap the tofu in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and press to drain the excess moisture. Crumble the tofu and place, along with the remaining ingredients, in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
