Ingredients

  • 3 ripe plum tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 pint yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 lb feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Cooking Instructions

Place the tomatoes in a serving bowl and toss gently with the vinegar. Season to taste and arrange the cheese on top. Serve immediately.
