Ingredients

  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 jar (24 to 26 oz) vodka pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup brine-packed mixed country olives, drained

Cooking Instructions

Cook pasta as package directs.

Meanwhile heat vodka sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.

Drain tortellini, toss with some of the sauce and all the olives. Pour into serving bowls. Top with shaved Parmesan cheese, if desired, and garnish with fresh basil. Serve remaining sauce at the table.
