Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 8" Round Tortilla Shells
  • 2 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Original Buttermilk Dry
  • 1/2 c chopped scallion
  • 1/4 c chopped pimento
  • 3/4 c black olives
  • 1 small jar mild green peppers peeled and chopped

Cooking Instructions

Pat dry pimentos, peppers and olives. Mix all ingredients and spread 1/8" to 1/4" on shell, roll and chill for at least 1 hour. Slice and service
