1. Combine the chicken, buttermilk, and hot sauce in a plastic bag. Make sure the drummettes are coated with the liquid; then seal the bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Preheat the oven to 375F.
3. Combine the cereal and taco seasoning mix in a shallow dish. Dredge the drummettes in the cereal mixture. Place in a lightly greased jelly roll pan.
4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until browned, turning once.
