Tottellini-SPINACH SOUP

Ingredients

  • 8 cups low sodium chicken stock
  • 13 oz pkg. cheese-filled tortellini
  • 10 oz pkg. thawed frozen chopped spinach

Cooking Instructions

Bring 8 cups of chickien broth to a boil.

Add a 130z pkg of cheese-filled tortellini and cook until almost tender (about 2 minutes less than time suggested on pkg.)

Add a 10oz pkg. thawed frozen chopped spinach to pot; cook until spinach is heated through and tortellini are tender.

Ladie soup into bowls and top with a generous sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic bread for dipping.
