Triple chocolate cake

Ingredients

  • 1 18.25 oz pkg white cake mix with pudding
  • 1 3.9 oz pkg chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 lg eggs
  • 1 8 oz container sour cream
  • 1 cup, 6 oz semi-sweet mini chocolat chips
  • 1 cup 6 oz semi-sweet mini chocolate chips, for glaze
  • 3 tbsp "I can't believe it's not butter
  • 1/4 cup 1% milk
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Combine 1st 3 ingredients in lg bowl,stirring w/ whisk to remove lg lumps. Add oil & next 3 ingredients, stirring until smooth.Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into a cooking sprayed and lightly floured 12 cup bundt pan. Bake for 1 hr or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool cake completely on wire rack. Spread w/ chcolate glaze: Whisk together first 3 ingrediants in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Whisk constantly until butter & chocolate melt. Remove from heat. Whisk in powdered sugar until smooth and spread on cooled cake.
