Preheat oven to 350. Combine 1st 3 ingredients in lg bowl,stirring w/ whisk to remove lg lumps. Add oil & next 3 ingredients, stirring until smooth.Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into a cooking sprayed and lightly floured 12 cup bundt pan. Bake for 1 hr or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool cake completely on wire rack. Spread w/ chcolate glaze: Whisk together first 3 ingrediants in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Whisk constantly until butter & chocolate melt. Remove from heat. Whisk in powdered sugar until smooth and spread on cooled cake.
