
PLACE about 1/2 cup ice cream onto each of 4 cookies. Spread to edge of cookies. Top with remaining cookies.
DIP edges of sandwiches in sprinkles. Cover. Freeze 2 hr. or until firm. Makes 4 sandwiches.
TIP: *Or your favorite flavor ice cream or frozen yogurt.
Mini Ice Cream Sandwich Bites: Substitute 8 Pepperidge Farm® Mini Salsalito® Cookies for the regular-sized cookies and use 1 cup ice cream. Place about 1/4 cup ice cream onto each of 4 cookies. Proceed as directed above.
After freezing, wrap sandwiches individually in plastic wrap for a fast, fun-to-eat treat.
