Wash and prepare the tomatos, avocados, and lettuce.
Slice the tomato, and shred the lettuce.
If you haven't already, remove the skin and the pit from the avocado. Then slice that too
Micorwave the Bacon.
Unfold a whole wheat wrap all the way, and put in your shredded lettuce, avocado, chicken , tomato, and bacon.
Wroll it up, and its ready to eat. Or heat it up so its hot.
No cooking needed.
