Ingredients

  • 1/2 pineapple, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped (about 4 cups)
  • 1 papaya, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped (about 2 1/2 cups)
  • 1/4 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
  • 1 mango, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and coarsely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1 1/2 cups young coconut water
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

Blend half of each ingredient in a blender until smooth. Divide the smoothie among 3 tall glasses. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.

BARF

I tried this recipe. I served it during a dinner party and out of 25 people 1 liked it(or he was lying). I gave it to my do and even she wouldnt eat it!!!! I HATE THIS RECIPIE. DONT TRY IT
