Individual tastes will differ - choose what you like from list - I lemon pepper instead of salt/pepper -tortillas should be warmed to a slight crunch on stove - loses flavor when microwaved - you can also deep fry for that extra crunch -tastes great either way. Mix all ingriedients in bowl using your own taste buds when adding each item. Warm tortilla one at a time to keep the crunch fill with mixture turn in ends and flap over. Except for a few carbs from the tortilla I was able to lose weight eating a couple at a time.
