mmmmmmm...good

A great meal on a blustery night; even a bozo cook like me can't mess up this recipe. We added fresh mushrooms and a dollop of brandy and cut back a bit on the milk...WOW was it good. My daughter loves this with warm croisants served with butter and honey

Great classic and Simple Recipe

Easy and Delicious. Try adding a hefty teaspoon of BaconSalt to the mix, and again on top, then grate some brick Parmesan on top of the butter/crumbs dots. This thing only gets better when you play with it.

Chabuka

I also have making this casserole since high school..except I learned to make it with (canned or frozen) asparagus (just the tender pieces) and instead of cracker crumbs...we used crushed potato chips and grated cheese on top....(I don't like pimentos so I always omitted them)

TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE

Have made since learned in high school. My original recipe did not have the pimentos or the cracker crumb top. Sometimes I add a small can of sliced mushrooms and always add 1/4 cup saute chopped onion. Top with cheddar cheese. A great comfort food on a stormy, cold night.
