Cook noodles according to directions; drain.
Combine all ingredients.
Turn into buttered 2 quart casserole.
Cover and bake at 375ºF 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Take from package of noodles but modified.

I make a similar casserole using 1-1/2 cups cooked minute rice instead of noodles and add sweet relish (1/4-1/3 cup) instead of the olives Everything else is the same, although I like mild cheddar and I zap mine in the microwave for a really quick dinner. It was neat to see that someone else came up with an different twist to tuna casserole. You get tired of the same old, same old. |
