Tuna Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 fish tuna light unsalted canned with water drained flaked
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 tbsp bread crumbs seasoned grated dry
  • 4 scallions thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cooking spray

Cooking Instructions

1. Mix the tuna egg whites bread crumbs scallions parsley and pepper in a medium bowl.

2. Shape into 4 equal size patties.

3. Spray nonstick cooking spray onto the bottom of a large nonstick pan and heat.

4. When pan is hot add the tuna patties and cook browning on both sides (about 5 minutes per side).
