Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp capers, rinsed and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 oz each) chunk light tuna in olive oil, drained
  • 1/3 cup each finely chopped celery and red onion

Cooking Instructions

Whisk mayonnaise, capers, lemon zest and juice, and pepper in a bowl until blended. Stir in tuna, celery and onion.

Tuna salad with capers Yum Yum

This recipe is soooo good. Not your mother's tuna salad, much better. Tuna salad was just flat till I tried this. Easy to make just outstanding.
