Ingredients

  • 2-3 Potatoes
  • 1-2 Onion
  • Leftover turkey
  • Ketchup
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

Turn burner on medium to medium low to pre-heat. Cut the potatoes into thin slices, but not paper thin or you can cut them into thicker pieces.

Peel onion and cut into slices. You can more than one onion if you want.

In oil or butter, fry potatoes until they start to brown, then add onion and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.

Add turkey pieces into the pan and continue to cook on medium low until everything is heated through, about 5 minutes or so.

Finally, add a good squirt of ketchup and stir in. The ketchup gives the dish a tangy flavor. Continue cooking for another 2 or 3 minutes. Serve hot.
