Warm tortillas according to package directions.
In medium saucepan mix gravy and salsa.
In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add peppers and onions and cook until tender-crisp. Add 2 cups gravy mixture and turkey. Reduce heat to low and heat through.
Spoon 1/3 cup turkey mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla around filling. Heat remaining gravy mixture and serve with tortillas. Garnish with olives.
