Turkey Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 12 flour tortillas (6-inch)
  • 2 jars (12 ounces each ) Campbell's® Slow Roast Turkey Gravy
  • 1 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 green or red peppers , cut into strips (about 2 cups)
  • 2 medium onions , sliced (about 2 cups)
  • 3 cups cooked turkey or 3 cups chicken strips
  • sliced pitted ripe olive for garnish

Cooking Instructions

Warm tortillas according to package directions.

In medium saucepan mix gravy and salsa.

In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add peppers and onions and cook until tender-crisp. Add 2 cups gravy mixture and turkey. Reduce heat to low and heat through.

Spoon 1/3 cup turkey mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla around filling. Heat remaining gravy mixture and serve with tortillas. Garnish with olives.
